 背景介绍

巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染是术后一种常见的并发症，也是术后早期主要的感染和死亡原因。据报道，CMV活动性感染率在肾移植受者中为50-75%，其中有10-30%的患者发展为有症状的CMV活动性感染。人外周血CMV pp65的检测可以帮助诊断急性或复发性CMV感染，荷兰IQ 公司研发的CMV Brite Turbo Kit能在EDTA或肝素化的抗凝人外周血中，以免疫荧光的方法快速检测CMV pp65,在病人中得到了广泛的应用。

试剂盒特点

- 完整的CMV Brite Turbo Kit含有从细胞分离到免疫荧光染色所需的全部试剂

- 试剂盒采用CMV pp65特异性单克隆抗体混合物。抗体C10/C11是pp65的高特异性抗体，很多文献报道

- 通过间接免疫荧光法检测CMV pp65阳性 PMNs, 灵敏度高，且结果易读

- 对CMV pp65阳性细胞进行计数，包括对照玻片。每张片子上含有一个阴性和一个阳性对照点。阳性对照点是正常血白细胞和pp65转染细胞的混合物

- 整个实验过程仅需4小时，即可完成样本收集和分析
